Who this is for: authors and publishers who are stuck, and anyone reporting a problem with a published theme.
Include the useful details
- What you were trying to do and the exact error shown.
- Your authoring-tool version and the pack's version.
- The kind of pack and the theme API it targets.
- The smallest example that reproduces the problem.
- Whether the error came from the local check or the publisher dashboard.
Do not share passwords, tokens, signing keys, household data or account credentials. Remove private paths and personal details from screenshots and logs.
Before opening a ticket
Run the local check again after your edit. Confirm that the app ID belongs to your publisher and that an update has a higher version. If a ZIP cannot be opened in the browser, try the kit's .phtheme output instead.
